How fast time flew! It has been 5 years since we last vended at KuroNeko Con. When returning to a show, I always like to check older photos to see how much my table (or I) have changed; how everything has changed.
KuroNeko Con was one of my favorite shows before the pandemic because of their friendly staff and care for the environment. When the pandemic hit, they, like other shows, had to pause their activities until everything was safe again. While most shows came back in 2022, they waited one extra year. I believe it was because they respect their staff and everyone's health. 2024 is their second year after the pandemic. It was hard to compete with the foot traffic of 2019, but I believe they did their best with the resources they have.
Despite the low foot traffic, I am grateful for everyone who came to support me so I could break even from traveling. 🥰
